• Freshfarm Dupot Circle at 1600 20th st Washington DC / Sunday 8:30am 1:30pm
• Freshfarm Mosaic at 2920 District Ave, Fairfax VA 22031 / Sunday 9:00am 2:00pm
• Freshfarm Silver Springs at 1 Veterans Pl, Silver Sprinng MD 20910 / Saturday 9:00am 1:00pm

Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.

** Shipping Days and Policies:
Shipments are made Monday - Friday  UPS exclusively within the USA or via USPS for Puerto Rico. 

Lovely Macarons is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.

Lovely Macarons is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

** Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Lovely Macarons does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
