What is a MACARON?

A French macaron is a meringue-based sandwich cookie made with almond flour, confectionary sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites and cream of tartar, they are filled with buttercream, chocolate ganache, preserves or cream cheese frosting. MACARONS SHELLS ARE NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE.

What happend is my flavor is not in the list?

Don't worry. Please let us know and we will be happy to assit you.  WE HAVE MORE THAN 100 FLAVORS.

  

Do you have a licensed and insuranced?

Yes, we do. And also we are ServSafe Certified.

 

Where can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order in our Store in One Loudoun or any of the Farmers Market (See locations and hours).

All macarons contain :  Almonds, eggs, soy, dairy.

Ingredients

Shells: Almond flour, confectionary sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites, cream of tartar and food coloring.

Filling for all the macarons : Confectionary sugar (sugar, cornstarch), egg whites, granulated sugar, unsalted butter (sweet cream, natural flavoring), artificial flavor, white chocolate chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin), chocolate chips (sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milk Fat, Lecithin (Soy), Natural Flavor, Milk),vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (41%)) ,invert sugar (water, granulated sugar, cream of tartar), heavy cream, salt.
